I thoroughly recommend girls allowed gym, I’ve been coming for nearly 4 years now. Everyone is very friendly and staff can’t do enough to help. They have a fantastic variety of classes and a well equipped gym.
I have also attended a PT session with Laila, it was a great session with a mixture of exercises, providing lots of encouragement which really motivated me to do my best.
All the coaches have worked extremely hard during the lockdown and I can’t thank them enough for getting me through this time, not only physically but also mentally - going down two dress sizes is also a bonus!
During lockdown 1 I fell into some bad habits. By June knew I needed to sort myself out as I had put on weight and gone up a dress size. With the help of Laila I started back training with 1:1 sessions and classes and got some great nutritional advice that helped get me out of the bad habits I had formed, lose weight and get back in my clothes!
