I joined Girls allowed having never been to a gym before and 4 years later I am still hooked. I joined after I kept walking past the gym and looking in, I’d had my 2nd baby a few months earlier and was feeling overweight, unfit and tired. Laila and the gym instructors are so welcoming, motivating and inspiring and that kept me going back. I lost my baby weight, toned up and felt the best I’ve ever felt in a few short months. Laila and the team are so lovely and engaging, they make the gym a hobby rather than a chore and no two gym classes are ever the same. They really do have a class for everyone. The gym classes during the lockdowns, either on zoom or Facebook really have been a lifesaver, so motivating for the body and the mind.

I thoroughly recommend girls allowed gym, I’ve been coming for nearly 4 years now. Everyone is very friendly and staff can’t do enough to help. They have a fantastic variety of classes and a well equipped gym.
I have also attended a PT session with Laila, it was a great session with a mixture of exercises, providing lots of encouragement which really motivated me to do my best.
All the coaches have worked extremely hard during the lockdown and I can’t thank them enough for getting me through this time, not only physically but also mentally - going down two dress sizes is also a bonus!
